Breezer Bikes Return Policy

We want you to love your ride, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused bicycle or gear within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully disassemble your bike if necessary and secure it in its original shipping crate with all manuals and components included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
