How do I choose the right frame size for my Breezer bike?

We provide a comprehensive size chart on every product page based on rider height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for increased stability.

Do Breezer bikes arrive fully assembled?

To ensure safe transit, our bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat post. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.

What is your return policy for bicycles?

We offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition. Please keep the original packaging, as returns must be shipped back in the original box to prevent damage during transit. Restocking fees may apply.

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?

Every Breezer frame comes with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as drivetrains, brakes, and suspension forks are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties, typically for one to two years.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship directly to the continental United States and Canada. For international customers, we recommend checking our Dealer Locator to find an authorized Breezer retailer in your specific region.
